WARRANTY

Each case is manufactured to fit only the current model of the item as listed and described, and will not properly fit any other equipment or older models, which may be a different size. Please contact us to clarify any questions about the model of your equipment before placing your order.

We warranty a proper fit for the item listed, craftsmanship, and materials as acceptable within the industry.  All sales are final, with Full Warranty to the original owner as stated . In the event you mistakenly receive a different case other than described, save the original cardboard wrapping to be used for the return of an incorrect case, do not attempt to use the incorrect case, and we will exchange the unused incorrect case for a new proper case; no other return is allowed.

Your case will be shipped with full insurance coverage and wrapped in protective cardboard; in the event of any damage during shipment, the carrier is responsible for reimbursement. We will help with the claim, but you must immediately notify us of any visible damage upon receipt of product. In order to honor a damage claim, every delivery carrier requires that you must save the cardboard wrapping the case is shipped in.  Normal use, excessive abuse, wear and tear to the product is not warranted. Any damage not related to defects in materials and craftsmanship are not warranted. Warranty does not extend to any product which has been subjected to misuse, neglect, or accident.

Buyer agrees that Seller shall not be liable for incidental and/or consequential damages to case or equipment or secondary personnel involved in transporting case. Buyer accepts any and all responsibility and liability for use of case upon receipt.
