Just wanted to let you know that we received the live-in flight case we ordered for our son's  birthday.
Though the contact from your company is minimal and could be improved in my view. We've been burned by ordering on internet before. The call you made to re-assured my wife that we would get what we ordered and was greatly appreciated, and comforting.
I want to let you know that i was overly impressed with the quality, fit and sturdiness of the case when it arrived.  Even though my son was still at college taking his finals I put his JCM 2000 head in the case . The head fit the case as if you had taken measurements directly for the head, When he got home from college last night the first he did was go look at his new case. He was thrilled with it, and now will not have to worry about damage when packing it in the trailer.. it was great to see such excitement after much stress taking finals. 
so many times in todays world what people profess to be selling is not what the customer receives. I want to thank you for providing and delivering a product that more than met my expectations.
